Abandoned Overhead Wire Repair Truck (San Francisco)
Those trucks are used to repair the overhead electrical wires used by streetcars (tramways) and trolleys.
Found in an SF Muni lot used as a junkyard. This is a no-trespassing area, enter at your own risks!
