This is a very unusual view of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, from the roof of the Saint-Sulpice Church (that roof is off-limit, no trespassing and permanently closed to the public). The photo was taken at night using long exposure.
The view is towards the West, and you can see the Eiffel Tower in the background, just behind the dome of the "Invalides Hospital".
