Trekking - Some scrambling to avoid crossing a river.­ There are several other points on the trail where the river must be crossed by foot, so you'll get your feet wet anyway.­

The village of San Isidro can only be reached by foot or by horse (about 8Km from Iruya).­ When the river is low and the weather is good, it is a very nice and easy day hike with beautiful landscapes.­
