A Kurdish delicacy: Roasted Goat Heads with hot chili pepper.
This dish is called Serûpê. Traditionally it is made with goat heads and feet. But it can be only the heads or only the feet. In Kurdish, 'Ser' means 'head', û means 'and', 'pê' means foot.
