A Kurdish delicacy: Roasted Goat Heads with hot chili pepper.­

This dish is called Serûpê.­ Traditionally it is made with goat heads and feet.­ But it can be only the heads or only the feet.­ In Kurdish, 'Ser' means 'head', û means 'and', 'pê' mean foot.­
