Oshki Monastery - Barely standing ruin of a Georgian Church (Turkey)

Looks like someone stole the ancient pillar and replaced it by a tree trunk! Or maybe the old column became unsafe / cracked and they replaced it with that trunk. I'm not sure this piece of wood will resist and hold the heavy stone construction for very long. They should definitely replace it with either steel or a concrete column, or better, a new stone pillar.
