Ruins of Burned-Down modern Longhouse (Borneo)

It looks like a war zone.­

This is the ruins of the Government-built longhouse in Batu Bungan Penan village near Mulu.­ The longhouse burned down accidentally in Dec 2010.­ There was no injuries, but it left 28 Penan's families homeless.­ They now live in individual wooden houses that they built near the river.­
