tran hung dao - trần Hưng Đạo statue - wrapped - vietnam

Wrapped statue (Cẩm Phả, Vietnam)

Probably a statue of Trần Hưng Đạo (aka Hưng Đạo Vương or "King Hung Dao"). He's a famous general of the Tran dynasty in 13th century Vietnam because he repeatedly beat back the Mongol invasions by Kublai Khan. (thanks to Tran Loc for this information)

Reminiscent of Christo's work? (Christo's famous art consists in wrapping-up large things)
