I don't believe this is a grouper. It's mouth is similar to a river fish in China. They live in muddy rivers, are a rather ancient fish.
it was taken in an aquarium at the tokyo narita airport!
Very hard to identify at such an angle; looks like a grouper of some sort, where was it taken?
